The center of the old part was rounded out. Remove four philips screws holding ice container. Take a small screw driver and pry the blades and auger out of the container. Remove the rod that flips open the flapper. Remove clip and nut from end of auger. Carefully pull auger shaft thru the blades. Install new part and reverse the process to re-assemble.
