Saw that the auger drive cup was damaged, so ordered that and followed the excellent video to Rossville it. Getting the assembly out was the hardest part, but I used channel lock pliers to push on the tabs, alternating back and forth until it popped free. I didn't realize that the helix lock plate was also worn, allowing the helix to rotate freely, so when I ran the dispenser with the new drive cup it damage the auger drive. I ordered the auger drive and helix lock plate had to cut the auger drive off, used some 5/16 washers to keep the drive from going back to the rounded part of the shaft, and replaced the helix lock plate. Now all is good thanks to the excels materials and videos from Appliance Parts Pros.
