More important was the service I received from you. I first called Samsung, their solution for a worn drum seal was to buy a new S.S. drum for near $300. Your solution was to buy a new seal for under $17, which was in stock and even delivered by Fedex on saturday. The lady I ordered the seal from was efficient and personable, like talking w/an old friend. It was an enjoyable experience, especially the price difference. Next time I need repair parts, you will be my first call.
