The videos made this very easy. Actually, you can just open it up and it is easy to do but the video confirms you didn't miss something. When I took the unit apart I intended to replace the planetary but then saw the gear was totally stripped. When I pulled it all apart I dropped a bunch of the old bearings so then I got the replacement which was way easier to handle based on the new design. The website makes it super easy to choose the right part which is awesome. In the end, my machine is all fixed. It was a pretty painless process really. I use this in a lab to mix concrete and so obviously we are tough on it. I have replaced lots of parts and it is super easy. It just keeps going. This last fix I used all parts from Appliance Parts Pros and will now always go here! This is the best place for the great website and parts diagrams.
