This lower bake element supplies the primary heat for Bake cycles, restoring consistent oven temperatures and even results. Replace a burned-out or damaged element to resolve no-heat on Bake, extended preheat times, and undercooked food.

  • Heats the oven cavity from the bottom during Bake cycles for proper cooking
  • Restores heat when the original element is burned out or broken
  • Common symptoms: no heat on Bake, very long preheat, uneven or undercooked results
  • Visible damage such as blistering, cracks, or breaks indicates replacement
What's included: 1 bake element Installation notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing
  • Remove oven racks, take out the element's mounting screws, and gently pull the element forward
  • Transfer the two wires one at a time; do not allow wires to slip behind the oven liner
  • Reinstall the element and screws, restore power, and test Bake
If the oven still won't heat after replacement, check the thermal fuse, wiring connections, and control/relay.
