If the ignition coil is going bad, the generator might idle rough, misfire, fail to start, or consume more fuel.The ignition coil could fail for any number of reasons. It might be due to a bad spark plug ignition cable, or it could have started to break down after years of use.This ignition coil will work with Generac generators.
