The information on AppliancePartsPros.com site was very helpful. It lead me to the correct parts, showed me a detailed video on exactly how to replace the shaft, told me what parts I would need and provided an easy to use ordering system for the part. On top of that, the parts arrived one day after I ordered them. GREAT SERVICE!!!
