Jack F Prescott Valley , AZ May 14, 2023 Appliance: Model FRSS2623AW0 The refrigerator door made a popping noise when opened. Removed the door and covered the opening with clean cardboard. I removed the upper cam and noticed the replacement was not an exact match. The mounting tab was different and I almost stopped the job. Then I noticed that if I kept going and replaced the lower cam, that the new upper cam would work fine. So in the end, everything works great.
