How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP4393219 / 241990301 Lower Door Closer

Found online diagnosis of cause of problem, ordered parts, watched online video clip how to do the part swap, did the fix-done 

New upper and lower door closures 

Ordered door closure pieces and installed them in 15 minutes. 

Removed the door and covered the opening with clean cardboard. I removed the upper cam and noticed the replacement was not an exact match. The mounting tab was different and I almost stopped the job. Then I noticed that if I kept going and replaced the lower cam, that the new upper cam would work fine. So in the end, everything works great. Some better instructions in advance would have been helpfull. Problem is solved. 

Replaced upper and lower door closer pieces. 

Removing the door from the refrigerator and then installing the new part, is an easy piece. 

Well, I went to the appliance store to check out what part(s) were broken. I discovered which ones and ordered them. BTW: There was a video for them so it was a no-brainer. The repair was complete and all was perfect. 

Replaced lower hinge and cams. 

Replaced the the bottom refrigerator cam plate with the bottom and upper cam parts. Worked like a charm. .
