I removed the 3-bolts attaching the door hinge at the bottom corner. I then slid the washer onto the post and placed the bracket back in place with the 3-bolts. That did the trick. Customer service rep was very helpful. Assured me that replacement was metal (should have been in the first place). Fit perfectly and took all of 2 minutes to install. Couldn't be happier. Removed the lower hinge and repaired it, It was bent, allowing the bottom of door to rub on the inside of refrigerator. With the parts purchased along with the repair made to the hinge.
