Felicity C Palm Desert , CA June 25, 2014 Loss of power I located the pcu board under the front left side of the fridge. Used a socket set to remove the screw and pulled out the board. ( Made sure the fridge was unplugged!!!) I released the harnesses on the old board and pulled it out, placed new board in the little black tray and plugged harnesses back in. Plugged fridge back in to outlet and eureka! Power came back to the fridge! Yay! Replaced the electrical control board in the door, the main power board underneath the refrigerator and the ice maker. It was the ice maker that actually caused the electrical components to go out.
