They showed us how to install the part. We installed the part and it works as good as new. We have ordered replacement parts from this company many times. We've always had good service from them. Paul B Oshkosh , WI May 15, 2018 Refrigerator was first freezing everything then stopped cooling I first thawed out the evaporator coils, then it started freezing everything again.
