Randy C St Cloud , FL February 02, 2018 Appliance: Model EFIWL50FIW0 The cover that holds the strike assembly was broke into two pieces and the plastic that holds the strike was also broke I looked at the diagram for my model, found the strike assembly then determined what piece held the strike assembly in place. Then determined that it was the correct piece. I ordered the items needed then I received the two items and made the necessary repairs. I called a service man before I ordered the pieces and he quoted a price of $375.00 of parts and labor. I felt I was severely being over charged, the parts I received from your company cost me a total of $54.73 includes shipping. Kevin C Waukesha , WI December 10, 2016 Appliance: Model EIFLS60JIWO The door strike was loose and cover piece was cracked I needed to adjust alignment of door as it was too low causing door strike to hit on bottom of strike catch on frame panel. I believe this misalignment was overlooked when door was reversed on delivery of washer. I loosened up hinge mounting screws and I was able to raise up door enough for proper alignment of door strike. I installed new door strike parts and checked final adjustment.
