Doug H Fargo , ND July 04, 2021 One of the rollers broke off the support for the crisper drawer I had to purchase the whole glass and support for the drawer and throw out the old glass and everything but the support brackets from the original. Had to remove the support brackets from the original drawer support and install them on the new one. Easy job just a lot of wasted product for a small broken piece. The problem was repaired by replacing the shelf. The frame for the shelf contains the roller track. After installing the 2 roller wheels, I was able to reassemble the shelf and reinstall the unit.
