The problem was repaired by replacing the shelf. The frame for the shelf contains the roller track. After installing the 2 roller wheels, I was able to reassemble the shelf and reinstall the unit. I had everything transferred from the old shelves to the new ones and installed them in about 20 minutes. Works great. This area is a weak spot on the Frigidaire Gallery refrigerators. I noticed in reading the reviews for this vendor that there are multiple complaints for the same problem. The job goes a lot easier if you have the proper screwdriver tip. The square tip works better than a Philips. Navigating the AppliancePartsPros.com website was very easy. I found what I needed very quickly and was able to cross-reference the part number with my refrigerator part number. I did not have to call for assistance, but it is nice to know it is available when needed. I am very happy with my purchase and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
