Front-wheel attaches to the shelf above. Where it screws in is kind of flimsy, no way to repair, had to replace the entire shelf, including the glass. Appliances Parts Pros had the best price, and it arrived quickly. You have to swap the metal brackets from the old to the new shelf (2 brackets x 5 screws), and reuse the old wheels as well. One thing to note, the holes for the screws and for the wheels are not threaded. The screws cut the threads. Use caution when putting in the screws and wheels to make sure they are straight. Total repair time about 20 minutes.

Replaced the shelf

Removed brackets and wheels from original shelf and reattached to new shelf. This involved 10 screws that all required firm driving to cut a new threads in the pre-drilled holes. Ensure the Phillips screwdriver you use fits well in the head to avoid slipping.

Removed old drawer and drawer cover from appliance. Removed 2 metal side brackets (L & R) from damaged drawer cover. There were 5 screws in each bracket. Also removed 1 glide wheel by loosening the wheel screw. The 2nd glide wheel had broken off and is what caused the damage. I reattached the 2 metal side brackets and the 2 glide wheels to the new drawer cover. The screws attach to plastic, so I was careful to get them aligned correctly and not overtighten. They need to be firmly attached though, since these brackets hold up the shelf and drawer. I used a hand screwdriver with a #2 square bit and tightened them by feel. I do not recommend using a power drill. A medium sized Philips will also work. I installed the new drawer cover in the refrigerator, reattached the crisper drawer and viola! Just like new.

I had to replace the entire top shelf of the crisper drawer.
