They don't list dimensions on website but the photo of the part is taken on a grid with 1 inch squares so I could see dimensions on that. After doing some online research, we found that one cause of this can be a damaged waveguide cover (the square cover on the inside wall of the microwave.) We removed ours and it had a large scorched spot on the inside of it. We got a new one, popped it in (carefully, the tabs are fragile), and have been using the microwave for 2 days now with no more problems. Read More...
