Gotta love the inter-webs and youtube.com I did a couple of searches and some troubleshooting. Everything pointed to the damper assembly and thermo so I ordered them as well as the new versions of the flimsy plastic drawer shelves, while I was working out of state during COVID. I had the parts waiting for me at the house. Rolled in Sunday, 22 minutes later, damper and thermo installed. The fridge is cooling. Then measured the inset glass, replaced inset glass With cut glass from hardware store. Need the extra shelf more than the drawer. Lasted for a few years, but eventually the plastic kept getting more and more cracks that even duct couldn't help, plus it looked quite tacky. New parts were an exact match and the fridge looks like new. Even got the kids to help clean out the fridge and reorganize everything.
