Robert D Lafayette , GA December 30, 2014 The bottom of the door handle was broken After removing the trim over the door and removing the door from the unit which was a simple lifting up and pulling outward, the trim on the inside of the door snapped off and after removing a few screws the old handle was off, installed the new one and re-assembled, very easy. Googled your company, ordered. The part was here in 3 days and once I had the handle, took 10 minutes. I needed a phillips head screwdriver for the three screws, and a straight head screwdriver to carefully pry off the plastic holding the door in place. Read More...
