I decided to order all three parts that could cause this, but ultimately the defrost heater was the culprit. I decided to save the other two parts for the future. Mya B Jensen Beach , FL January 06, 2020 Freezer cold fridge cold then about 2 weeks later freezer would frost over fridge hot I doubt I needed all the parts I bought but I am limited on time. So I replaced the defrost thermostat, defrost timer, and the defrost heater. So far so good. It hasn't been 2 weeks yet, but I have noticed that the freezer doesn't seem to be constantly running as before. Time will tell. Replaced according to the video, at this time everything is working fine. I also ordered defrost heater, but I feel I will return that part. Read More...
