Manufacture did a part replacement. Parts were replaced very easily within 15 minutes and oven door works great. Kell P Atlanta , GA September 13, 2017 Oven door not closing properly. The oven original "hinge receptacle" roller wheels were plastic and had broken. I was happy to see that the new/replacement receptacle was built with metal wheels that should last longer. The hinges probably did not need to be replaced, but since I had the oven apart, I went ahead and replaced them. Replacing (2) hinges and (2) hinge receptacles took about 1.5 hours, with cleaning before reassembly, and required no special tools or knowledge.
