Description

This ice container assembly stores ice in the freezer and feeds it to the dispenser. Replacing a cracked or stripped bin helps restore smooth, reliable dispensing of cubed or crushed ice from your refrigerator.
  • Holds finished ice beneath the icemaker and connects to the auger drive to move ice to the door chute
  • Internal mechanism advances ice and enables crushed-ice operation when selected
  • Helps resolve no or intermittent ice dispensing, auger slippage, or inconsistent cubed/crushed output
  • Direct replacement for damaged or cracked ice buckets
What's included: 1 ice container assembly. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off the icemaker; wear cut-resistant gloves
  • Lift out the old bin; discard clumped ice and clear any jams in the chute
  • Align the auger drive coupling and slide the new assembly fully into place
  • Restore power and test both cubed and crushed dispense modes
