Jared P Stonewall , LA August 09, 2015 The ignitor had gone out on our oven We ordered a new ignitor and it came in two days just as promised. The video was a little off on what need to be done to disconnect the ignitor. We actually had to flip the oven over to get to the bottom. We could not access the connector through the back. Scott H Binghamton , NY August 19, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Gas Range GLGFZ376FCG Frigidaire model # glgfz376fcg gas oven was sometimes delayed in lighting resulting in an occasional "bang " believed to be caused by a buildup of natural gas due to a faulty ignitor Replaced the igniter (remove oven racks, oven bottom plate, then machine screws securing igniter; pull out drawer and disconnect connector; reverse operation). The body of the igniter physically looked identical to the OEM igniter but the cable was about six inches short. I spliced a section of the original cable on the new igniter and secured with wire nuts. Works great.
