Silvia C Los Angeles , CA August 17, 2014 The knobs on my dryer broke one by one a while back and i had to use a plier to turn and set the desired time and turn the dryer on Easy! I watched the repair it yourself video, ordered the whole knob set and when I got them, I just pushed them down, one for each missing knob. No tools required! It took me less than 5 minutes to do it and I did not need to contact customer service for help. Also, I got the product sooner than expected it! Great service!
