Tammy M Uniontown , PA December 01, 2017 Appliance: Model KENMORE Oven made popping sound and red flash of light burner still worked and no sign of broken heating element. Unplugged old control panel and plugged in replacement. 5 different colored wires slid easily onto metal prongs. Long plastic piece with thin prongs had to be pried up with screwdriver. Set clock time and oven was operational again. Part a bit pricey but $200 fix for 13 year old stove better than cost of replacement. Plus I couldn’t justify it if burners were still operational.
