Joel W Greenville , SC September 07, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Refrigerator FRT21IL4FW7 Refrigerator door was sagging I ordered a refrigerator door hinge, hinge pin, and washer. The descriptions and pictures imply that these items are sold separately. However, the hinge I received was an assembly that included a pin and washer. I replaced the original hinge assembly with the new assembly, but the door still sagged (not as badly as before). I added the washer I had ordered separately and the original washer (total of 3 washers). The refrigerator doors seems to be closing properly now. I still have an extra hinge pin. Appliance Parts Pros video, which recommended using a block of wood to hold the refrigerator door during the hinge swap, was very helpful. By first watching the video (embedded on the particular parts list) wherein a technician demonstrates that it is not necessary to remove the doors, nor to remove the food, I was able to complete this repair using one nut driver and a standard 2x4 (1 1/2 x 3 1/2) in under two minutes.
