Trey H Dacula , GA June 26, 2017 Appliance: Model 25370313211 Ice not dispensing through front panel water is fine started off intermittent and then completely stopped working I googled my refrigerator model number and the problem. It brought me to a message board with a thread about my exact problem. A seasoned tech answered the persons question about their ice not dispensing by stating they needed to replace the module-dispenser because of a faulty switch. He also stated he didn't think the switch was a part that could be ordered. He suggested I order from you and stated if it did not fix the problem, I could easily return it for a full refund but I would have to pay to ship it back. The part arrived really fast (2 business days) and I was able to install it in about 15 mins. using one Phillips head screw driver. Problem solved and I can't tell you how glad not only that it's fixed and I saved money by doing it myself... but I actually fixed it MYSELF and it's given me confidence to try other repairs that I'm certain to need in the future.
