Description

This condenser fan motor drives the fan that cools the condenser coils and compressor. Replacing a weak or noisy motor restores proper heat removal so the refrigerator can reach and maintain set temperatures.

• Disconnect power and pull the refrigerator away from the wall; remove the lower rear access panel
• Note wire positions; disconnect the harness and remove the old motor
• If reusing existing parts, carefully transfer the fan blade and any mounting hardware; mount the new motor securely
• Ensure the blade spins freely with proper clearance; reinstall the cover and restore power to confirm the fan runs with the compressor
