Kevin C Coppell , TX October 14, 2023 Appliance: Electrolux Refrigerator EI23BC55IS1 The magnet at the top of the flipper mullion on my Electrolux French door refrigerator broke away from the mullion I called AppliancePartsPros.com and spoke with a sales technician. After properly identifying the name of the broken part (I was not aware it was called a flipper mullion) she confirmed they had it in their inventory. Given the function of this part, I had them overnight ship it to me for a very reasonable price. It arrived the next morning by 10:00 a.m. and I installed the new mullion in under five minutes. The part was an exact match so it was a super easy installation. The French doors seal properly once again when closed and everything is back to normal. Read More... Zak K Sedro Woolley , WA July 23, 2026 Appliance: Electrolux Refrigerator EI28BS36IW0 The magnet at the top of the mullion broke and the heater wasn't working also the door gaskets were moldy and falling apart I warmed up the new gaskets to smooth out any grooves. Once they were ready, the old ones pulled out with no issue and the new ones pressed into place. For the mullion, one screw and the old mullion lifted out. That's when I discovered that, somehow, all the wires for the heater in it had been cut clean through. From there, I just removed the connector, connected the plug for the new mullion, and screwed it into place. A very easy fix. Read More...
