Frigidaire 5304509438 Support Ring OEM Part

I ordered a plate and support roller from you and it came within two days, unbelievable. My wife was very happy that now she could use her microwave again. The original plate broke. When it arrived I could not believe how well it was packed. You could have dropped it from the empire state bldg. in N Y and would not have broken. Bought new part and installed. Easy and fast delivery.

I received the tray in fine condition. The support ring arrived in a soft shipping pouch, and it was broken into two pieces. After notifying APPC I made repairs o the ring with toothpicks, sewing thread and glue. I really wanted my microwave back in operation. I hope you will send the replacement support ring in a box instead of a soft shipping pouch.

My mother had accidentally set our microwave to be on for 10 minutes (with nothing inside) versus just the timer while cooking dinner one evening, and then we had a small kitchen fire on our hands! Once the fire was put out, we saw that we needed to replace the plastic support ring and the glass turn table tray. II searched online and came across two sites that had the tray. This site was less expensive and appeared to be more knowledgeable concerning appliance parts. I ordered the part late morning, and it was on my doorstep by the next evening. This was two days faster than I anticipated. I will certainly look them up again when parts are need for a household appliance that I undertake for repair.
