The switch assembly is basically a giant sticker. Peel the bad one off, thread ribbon cables through slits, lign up on the frame and press into place. everything is functioning properly now. Advice on web site w.r.t. elevating front of refrigerator is important. Replaced boards and all worked fine. Be careful repacking the wiring harness with the adapters in the switch board enclosure.
