David S Thornhurst , PA July 16, 2016 Appliance: Frigidaire All Refrigerator FRU17G4JW15 All refrigerator kept freezing food even at a very low setting I had an on-linew chat with an appliance part pro and told him my problem..he suggested it may be the temperature control..i ordered the part right then and there..it arrived in 2 days! i changed the part..and it works fine..but thats half the story! When i originally put the part in the unit the fridge would run even in the off position..i called and talked to a live appliance parts pros person fearing maybe it was the wrong part or i may have done something wrong..the tech i called told me the wiring sequence and when i went back , low an behold , i had wired it wrong ! So not only will the company TELL you on-line what the problem is..they will help you IF theres a problem AND they have the BEST prices! After this i wont EVER go to ANY other company..i'm an appliancepartspros.com lifer..Thanks guys ! Frank R Navarre , FL November 05, 2016 Old regigerator would not sshut off needed a new thermostat Thought it must be a thermostat problem and did some research. Found the part number here on this site and figured it was worth spending the 20 bucks or so to try and fix it myself. Ordered the part and it arrived two days later. Installed in about ten minuets and the frig is working like new. Very happy customer.
