Stephen G Katy , TX December 08, 2019 Appliance: Frigidaire Refrigerator FGHS2631PF5A Parts of display on user interface were not lighted bottom of digits faded 2 of 3 indicators (water ice cube) went dark Looked up the model number on the internet, found a diagram on AppliancePartsPros.com which led to part number for the user interface, also found "how-to video" on-site that included how to remove user interface panel. When the part came it was an easy fix, remove defective user interface panel - remove 2 screws mounting lip, then remove 2 screws mounting panel, unplug 4 connectors in back, plug connectors into the new panel, mount new panel, and re-mount lip. Bryan L Talbott , TN July 13, 2022 The refrigerator temperature was not displaying correctly on the LED screen. Some of the LED number segments were burnt out, so I replaced the User Interface. Two screws held on the trim plate below the interface and two more screws attached the interface control panel to the refrigerator. There are four clip-on wire connecting to the back of the interface. All are different sizes and they only go on one way so you can't mess it up. Christopher H Mililani , HI February 24, 2020 Appliance: Frigidaire Refrigerator FGHC2331PFAA Display defective numbers faded out about a year after install Ordered User Interface, removed (4) screws to get at the circuitboard, unplugged the cables by squeezing the connectors to unlock them, plugged replacement module, replaced and tightened the screws.
