Description

This single water inlet valve regulates water flow into your refrigerator. When energized, it opens to supply water and closes to stop it—restoring consistent filling for ice production and any water dispensing your model supports.

• Controls on/off water flow to the ice maker and/or dispenser (model dependent)
• May resolve no ice, slow or hollow cubes, or a dispenser that won't dispense or is weak
• Can correct intermittent dripping or leaks at the rear caused by a valve that won't fully close
• A humming valve with little or no water flow can indicate a failed solenoid or internal blockage

What's included: 1 single water inlet valve assembly Installation notes:

• Unplug the refrigerator and shut off the household water supply before servicing
• Place a towel/container to catch residual water; relieve line pressure if possible
• Note wire and tube locations; transfer to the new valve and seat/tighten fittings securely
• Restore water and power, then check all connections for leaks and run a test fill
