Rear pump housing for the washer drain/pump assembly. Replaces the worn rear housing that supports the impeller and bearing, helping restore proper draining and reduce leaks or unusual pump noises when the housing fails. What it does:

• Houses and supports the pump impeller and bearing, forming the rear half of the drain pump assembly.
• Restores a sealed mounting surface to help prevent water leaks from the pump area.
• Helps re-establish correct water flow and draining when a cracked or worn housing impairs the pump.
• Addresses symptoms such as poor or no draining, water at the base of the appliance, or loud/grinding pump noises.

• Disconnect power and shut off water supply before starting; drain any standing water to avoid spills.
• Remove the washer access panels and pump assembly; transfer the impeller, seals, and any hardware as required.
• Inspect and replace pump gaskets/seals and the impeller if worn; tighten mounting fasteners to OEM torque where specified.

This genuine OEM part is a circulation pump motor for dishwashers. The circulation pump motor distributes water to the spray arm to allow the dishwasher to properly do its job. Over time, the circulation pump motor can become overworked to the point of becoming inoperable. Luckily, replacing the pump motor is not as difficult a job as it might seem. To begin the repair, turn off the power supply and shut off the water supply valve. Remove the screws that secure the lower access panel. Disconnect the water supply line from the inlet valve. Then proceed to remove the mounting screws from the junction box cover. Take note of the wires' orientation. Remove the screws that hold the bracket. Disconnect the drain hose from the sink or garbage disposal. Open the dishwasher door and remove the mounting screws. Pull the dishwasher away from the cabinet and unsnap the covers from the hinge ropes. Disconnect the ropes. Remove the screws securing the upper door panel. Carefully tilt the dishwasher back and detach the fill hose from its retaining clip disconnecting the hose from the sump. Uninstall the circulation pump and align the pump with the seal and sump. Tighten the clamp and transfer the wires from the old pump to the new one. Proceed to reinstall the panels that were uninstalled.This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador dishwashers.
