Description

Accelerometer (vibration sensor) that detects washer tub movement and sends signals to the control board so the machine can rebalance loads and reduce excessive shaking and noise during spin cycles. What it does:

• Measures tub/vibration movement and reports acceleration to the washer control board.
• Helps the machine detect and correct unbalanced loads during spin cycles.
• Common symptoms of a failing sensor: excessive shaking or banging during spin, interrupted or incomplete spin cycles, or unusual vibration/noise.
