Debbie M Itasca , IL August 10, 2020 The rails had broken down that hold the shelf with the drawer components I actually ordered the deli drawer several months back along with the drawer shelf. The deli drawer has been on backorder since I ordered it so I cancelled it and then ordered the rails instead. The frig is almost like brand new now! I can live with the deli drawer not being up to speed. Thanks to Nancy, the customer service rep that helped me! she made it all happen! She is wonderful! Read More...
