Debbie M Itasca , IL August 10, 2020 The rails had broken down that hold the shelf with the drawer components I actually ordered the deli drawer several months back along with the drawer shelf. The deli drawer has been on backorder since I ordered it so I cancelled it and then ordered the rails instead. The frig is almost like brand new now! I can live with the deli drawer not being up to speed. Thanks to Nancy, the customer service rep that helped me! she made it all happen! She is wonderful!
