I opened the dryer from the top to look at the dryer drum to see if it was rubbing or if something got stuck. I noticed that Top Bearing Assembly was damaged and that's what I ordered. I thought maybe something was stuck in thr drum, but after disassembling the front panel I realized that the drive belt was broken, and the top bearing was very worn.
