Frank T Plant City , FL June 24, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Wall Oven JKP30SP1SS The model i had there was a problem with the key pad bubbling up from the oven heat I called appliance Parts pro and they said the replacement part was no longer available but there was a retrofit part to fix the problem. The staff at APP help me get the retrofit parts. Installation was very easy. I took some pictures of the old wiring, really didn't need to cause everything was color coded. Saved so much doing it myself. Highly recommend APP. I posted the site in my office since we do plumbing and many times we are asked to fix appliances. Thanks again to everyone. Aubrey I Abilene , TX June 16, 2015 E wall oven would not hold temperature After consulting with web site I ordered a replacement Board for my GE wall oven. The board arrived in 2 days. The whole installation process took less than 30 minutes, but the board itself took less than 5 minutes to install. I removed 3 nuts from the bottom of the face plate, I took a photo of installed Board with my smart phone. I peeled the template cover off of the old Board and attacked to the replacement Board. (Hint I used baking rack as rest for Boards as I swapped out connections.) I then one at a time moved each connection from the old board to the replacement Board. I did a final check and compared the photo to the wired replacement Board. The hardest part was to get the oven face plate to reattach to the oven. Since that time I did the "Biscuit Test" to calibrate the temp of the oven. My wife and I have now baked several items in the oven, all of have turned out fine. We will bake a cake later this week for the final test, but we are confident that this had fixed our problem.
