This is a control board for refrigerators. The control board governs the main functions of the appliance, such as cooling and defrosting.The most prevalent sign of a damaged control board is the noticeable elevation of the temperature inside the refrigerator compartments. The refrigerator may also stop defrosting properly, which can lead to leaking and other issues with the appliance. Begin the installation by unplugging the refrigerator from its main power source. Locate the control board panel on the back-right corner of the appliance. Remove the housing screws and slide the access panel off. Unplug the wires to the control board and remove the mounting screws. Repeat these steps in reverse to install the new control board.This control board is a genuine OEM product sourced directly from the manufacturer.
