Joerg M Columbia , SC January 10, 2015 Ice would dispense very slowly(auger had broken pieces) Removed the ice box and took it apart. The pain in the butt part was getting the whte ice crusher housing to snap off. Luckily there was a video on this website that confirmed what I was trying was correct. I am always worried when I am putting a lot of force on plastic, but when I saw the video I knew I could give it as much force as needed to get them to seperate. I recommend buying some circlip pliers.
