Ge WB16T10034 Burner Head OEM Part

I examined the inner burner heads and determined that two of the most frequently used burners were warped and were not making good contact with the burner base. It's a GE Profile series stove about 10 -12 years old. I checked the GE Parts website, and they wanted almost $100 for the large burner head but didn't even have the small one at all, saying it was no longer available. By Googling the parts numbers, I found Appliance Part Pros, and they had both burner heads available. They were still a bit expensive for such a small, portable piece, but the price was significantly less than ordering from GE. I took a chance on ordering them as I was not confident it would fix the problem. As it turned out, it did greatly help, though there is still a slight flare from the burners. I suspect that the burner base may also be a bit warped, and those are significantly more expensive to replace. With the improvement that replacing the burner heads achieved, I'm not sure I want to invest much more into an older stove that may need replacing in the next few years; but at least they are not leaving soot all over the base of my pots.

Took the old ones off and placed the new ones on. Burners lighting correctly once again.
