Conrad S Ontonagon , MI February 24, 2018 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGBP79AEV1AA Broken burner valve. From beginning to successful completion, AppliancePartsPros was fantastic! There were multiple parts shown online when I looked up the valve, so I placed a call to consult with them, and they did a great job of working with me to determine the correct part, took my order and shipped the parts. Once the parts arrived, I looked over the valve and wasn't sure if any type of sealant (PFTE tape) was needed on the gas fitting. I placed another call and was once again provided with excellent help - even was offered a pdf copy of the service manual, which ended up being quite helpful (even though it didn't exactly match the old stove I have it was close enough). The repair itself then went smoothly, and outside of the opportunity to deep clean the mess, only took about 15 minutes! Highly recommend AppliancePartsPros and their excellent staff! Johnathan B Fort Towson , OK December 13, 2014 Appliance: Model NOT GOING TO TAKE TIME TO LOOK IT UP AGAIN The shaft was broken of where the knob goes on to the cook stove (old propain no wires just piolot lights) still works when power goes off Got model no. called Appliance Parts off a magnetic bus. card they sent me years ago. They looked it up as best they could, stove was to old, so they sent me the most likely sub. I installed the new gas valve, Fit perfect, old knob fit perfect also.
