Donnell W Ferguson , MO October 12, 2019 GE door came off hinges and was not staying closed Once I located the parts involved in the factory exploded drawing I ordered a cable and spring. Then, when I had the dishwasher pulled out I saw that both cables had simply slipped off of their pulleys and that the door needed to be re-set properly into its drop-down metal studs. So now I have a spare set for any problems in the future! Very easy - two screws under the counter and pull forward. Shipping was quick and easy. First time customer. William P Oro Valley , AZ September 12, 2020 Pack rats ate the wiring in my dishwasher My first thought was to take the dishwasher to the dump when I saw the pack rats ate the wiring while it was in storage. However, it was only a couple years old so just out of curiosity I looked at the appliance parts pros website and was pleasantly surprised that I could replace every wiring harness on my GE dishwasher for under $100. That is a lot of wire. The process to replace the wiring was nearly effortless. The new harnesses were identical to the old so all I had to do was find the 2 end points in each case to remove the old and put in the new. The one wire I didn't replace was to the water pump since you had to replace the entire pump for that. Instead I soldered it. The dishwasher works great now. I don't submit a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to share how incredibly helpful the website and how great it was that they had all the parts I needed in stock and delivered very quickly.
