Curry R Fayetteville , GA December 07, 2018 Appliance: Model GE GSS25KGMCBB Refrigerator door was not closing on its' own we had to push it closed I watched several videos to identify the problem, worn/broken cam riser on bottom door hinge. I ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com to replace the cam. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part due to the pitiful GE door assembly diagram and parts description I was unable to complete the repair. I then called Appliance Parts Pros and was advised that the part I needed is no longer being made and is only available if I googled the part number and found one online. He then gave me the correct part number and I did find one on eBay and have ordered it. Once I have the part it will take less than fifteen minutes to replace it and eliminate the improper door closing problem. The young man who I spoke to at Appliance Parts Pros saved the day for me!
