Description

This resin canopy is the interior ceiling cover inside the microwave cavity. It shields the stirrer area from grease and splatter to help maintain even heating and protect internal components for safer, more reliable cooking. What it does:

• Covers and protects the stirrer/waveguide opening at the top of the cavity
• Helps promote even microwave energy distribution for consistent cooking
• Shields internal parts from grease, steam, and food debris
• Replace if warped, cracked, burned, discolored, loose, or if you notice arcing/sparking inside the cavity

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing; microwave components can carry high voltage
• Remove the old canopy by releasing tabs or fasteners from inside the cavity
• Clean the cavity roof and seating surfaces before installation
• Ensure the canopy is fully seated and do not operate the microwave without it installed
