Having the make and model numbers of the appliance was a necessary item. I found the replacement parts almost immediately. I oprdered them, and they were delivered ahead of schedule. I was able to replace the parts immediately. They fit perfectly. Having the parts list from your site was beneficial too in order to know how the filters installed.
