Edward S Marietta , OH December 05, 2015 Appliance: Model JPB260J3AD Discolored burner rings and missing oven timer/clock knobs on 30 year old ge electric stove Replaced above parts, easy to do, looks like a new stove. Needed to pry open knob stem slot segments very slightly to remove broken plastic from previous knobs. Spreading stem slot metal sides too much and they will break. With slots cleaned out, pinch stem sides almost together for new knobs to slide on. Customer service rep was helpful and parts delivery was next day as promised. Before contacting Appliance Parts Pros, I found their on-line customer reviews were much better than their competitors. Dealing with this company was a good, positive experience.
