Michael C Madison , WI August 15, 2015 Some of the buttons on the touch pad were not working Tried resetting the microwave by unplugging, waiting, and plugging back in. Didn't work. Researched on line. Tried resetting the ribbon cable connecting the touch pad to the control board. Didn't work. Purchased replacement touch panel control pad. Arrived in two days. Install control board onto new touch pad with the four screws, reattach the four wiring connectors, and reassemble the microwave. Easy.
